HULL
All hand laminated GRP construction using alternate layers of mat
and woven roving. Longitudinal stringers and transverse floor
members in appropriate areas. All bulkheads are teak-faced marine
grade plywood, securely bonded to the hull. Engine bed in
GRP construction with steel plates. The external ballast of 3,1
tons is fastened with heavy duty stainless steel bolts. Draft 1,80 m.
DECK AND SUPERSTRUCTURE
The deck and superstructure are of 100 % hand laminated GRP
construction. Teak deck. All exterior trim, including handrails are
of teak. All windows of toughened safetyglass suspended in alloy
frames. Stainless steel stanchions with teak rails. Boarding gates
aft and starboard. Four heavy duty mooring cleats and four heavy
duty fairleads plus a stainless steel stemhead fitting incorporating
an anchor roller. Caprail of teak. Anchor well on fore deck. All
external wood parts in natural teak without any treatment.
ENGINE
The standard engine is a Perkins M-92 marine diesel developing
91 hp/67 kW at 2400 rpm. Mechanical transmission, reduction
2.03:1. Engine is fresh water cooled. The acid-proof propeller
shaft swings a 22" × 14" bronze propeller through heavy duty
bronze bushings complete with lubrication system. 600 l of fuel
are carried in two tanks, on each side of the engine room, properly
vented, with side deck fillers and a separate handpump for
taking out the dirt. A cruising range of approx. 600 nautical miles
is provided.
PLUMBING
All through-hull fittings below waterline supplied with seacocks.
Fresh water capacity of 400 l, includes a polyethylene tank (with
filter) beneath the main saloon sole with large inspection/clean
out port and filler from deck. A pressurised water system supplies
both the galley and heads. Tubing in PVC and rubber. Double
stainless steel sinks in galley, basins and handshowers in toilets.
The toilets are supplied with marine pump type heads and a holding
tank for the aft toilet as standard with pumpout fitting on deck.
One automatic, electric bilge pump and one manual bilge pump.
STEERING
A Capillano hydraulic steering system enables effortless control,
and services both steering stations. Turnover rate of the inner
wheel is adjustable 3–6 turns from lock to lock. The skeg-hung
rudder is of GRP with a heavy duty acid-proof steel stock. Emergency
steering by way of a tiller connected directly to the rudder
stock.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Boat's service is by way of a 12 V DC system employing 2 heavy
duty lead/acid batteries of 210 Ah each and one 180 Ah for start.
A master switch for the batteries. The charging system employs a
12 V/60 A alternator and a relay for parallel connection during
engine-running. Lighting throughout the yacht as needed, all wiring
is properly harnessed and bundled. Navigation lights to international
regulations.
SPARS AND RIGGING
Silver anodised aluminium spars with internal halyards; elliptical
spreaders. The spars are sound-proof. Main mast boom equipped
with Rodkick boomvang. Main mast is deck stepped with stainless
steel mast support to the keel, mizzen mast is stepped on the
wheelhouse. Main mast is fitted with anchor-, masthead- and deck
lights. Mizzen mast is fitted with floodlight, flag halyard and flag
staff.

Standing rigging:

INTERIOR
The interior is finished in satin varnished teak throughout, to the
highest yachtbuilders standards. Countertops in the galley and
heads are of durable decorative laminates. The floorboards are of
teak-faced plywood. An excellent selection of standard curtains
and upholstery fabrics is available. Wall-to-wall carpeting in
wheelhouse. Toilets and shower room floors are of mosaic tiles.

FORECABIN
Two berths with reading lights and storage shelves port and starboard,
and storage under. A large translucent hatch to provide
light and ventilation. 12 V outlet.
FORWARD TOILET
The forward head is located by the fwd cabin and contains a marine
pump type head, pressurised water, basin and handshower.
Inside the door on the ceiling there is a curtain rail of aluminium.
Ceiling light. Storage behind and underneath basin. Finished in
light laminate. One Dorade vent. Opposite the toilet is a large
hanging locker.
AFT TOILET
Spacious toilet with pressurised water, basin, and handshower.
The toilet is supplied with marine pump type head, holding tank
and a pumpout fitting on deck. Inside the door on the ceiling there
is a curtain rail of aluminium. Ceiling light. Mirror and openable
window.
